What sets the Ceramic EVOMAX apart from all other cartridges in the range is its full ceramic construction. Where standard cartridges use a metal center post inside the reservoir, the Ceramic EVOMAX replaces this with a ceramic post, eliminating all metal contact with the oil. In practice, this means no metallic taste interference, no corrosion risk over the product shelf life, and no chemical interaction between the oil and the hardware materials. For premium brands that make purity and ingredient transparency part of their product story, this hardware detail is a direct product claim. The outer body is borosilicate glass, completing an all-ceramic, all-glass oil contact zone.
Filling and Capping
The EVOMAX heating platform operates at 1.7Ω resistance, tuned for higher-viscosity concentrates, and uses four 2mm ceramic apertures that are scientifically designed to maintain a precise balance between consistent oil supply and controlled vaporization. The result is clog-free performance and leak-free sealing even with the thickest live rosin and liquid diamond formulations. For filling, insert a blunt-tip needle (≤Ø1.6mm) alongside the ceramic center post. For high-viscosity oils (100,000–2,000,000 cP), fill at up to 55°C and cap within 3 minutes. Mouthpieces are snap-fit and preloaded on the tray (50 units per tray). A sealed gap of 0.3–0.6mm confirms a correct close.
⚠️ This cartridge uses a snap-fit mouthpiece. A press machine (e.g. CCELL Arbor Press) and the correct EVOMAX/TH2 fixture are required for proper batch capping. Manual capping is not recommended.
Capped cartridges should rest for at least 30 minutes before testing or shipping, allowing the ceramic heating element to fully saturate with oil and ensuring consistent first-draw performance for the end consumer.
