Which cartridge for your oil
The specification that decides this is not the tank size. It is the center post, because that is the part in permanent contact with the oil.

One difference worth knowing before you buy: the Palm SE uses a drop-in slot rather than a screw thread, so the cartridge sits vertically in the open top and stays visible through the oil window, while pen batteries like the M4 use a normal 510 screw connection. Cartridges ship in 200-piece masterpacks. Inside, they sit 50 to a foam tray on 14mm slot centres, with silicone bottom caps already fitted.
