At the core of the M6T-SE is CCELL’s proprietary ceramic heating element, a technology that produces consistent, clean vapor by heating oil evenly without combustion.
Unlike cotton or fiber wicks, CCELL’s ceramic element does not degrade over time or introduce off-flavors, which means every unit in a batch performs identically to the first.

Filling & Capping
The BPA-free plastic body houses a low-lead brass center post, and four 2mm apertures draw oil into the heating element at the rate required for standard medium-viscosity cannabis oils. For filling, insert a blunt-tip needle (≤Ø1.6mm) alongside the center post, filling between the post and the outer wall. For standard and medium-viscosity oils (3,000–100,000 cP), fill at 32–55°C and cap within 1 minute. For thinner oils under 3,000 cP, room temperature is sufficient and the fill-to-cap window is 30 seconds.
⚠️ This cartridge uses a snap-fit mouthpiece. A press machine (e.g. CCELL Arbor Press) and the correct M6T fixture are required for proper batch capping. Manual capping is not recommended.
The snap-fit plastic mouthpiece locks the cartridge closed with approximately 300N of force, precise and fast for batch operations. Mouthpieces are preloaded on the tray (50 units per tray), and a correct seal is confirmed by a gap of 0.3–0.6mm between the mouthpiece and the reservoir body. Capped cartridges should rest for at least 30 minutes before use to allow full ceramic saturation.
