The TH2-SE features a borosilicate glass reservoir, the same medical-grade glass used in laboratory equipment, which is chemically inert and does not interact with cannabis oil. This means no contamination, no off-flavors, and no material degradation over time. Glass also gives end consumers a clear view of the oil level, which is a valued visual quality signal in retail-ready products. The ceramic mouthpiece completes an oil-contact zone that is entirely free of standard plastic or metal, making the TH2-SE a clean-profile choice for brands positioning their product on purity.
Filling and Capping
At the center of the cartridge is a CCELL proprietary ceramic heating element, accessed through four 2mm apertures that draw oil evenly into the coil. For filling, insert a blunt-tip needle (≤Ø1.6mm) alongside the low-lead brass center post, filling between the post and the outer wall. For standard distillate and medium-viscosity oils (3,000–100,000 cP), fill at 32–55°C and cap within 1 minute of filling. For thin oils under 3,000 cP, room temperature filling is sufficient with a 30-second cap window.
The key operational advantage of the TH2-SE is its screw-on ceramic mouthpiece, which closes manually by hand with no press, no fixture, and no additional equipment required.
