It is essential that you check your order when you receive it and you have 48 hours from when you receive it to let us know about any problems. After that time we can only consider warranty issues.

Refunds
If you do have to return something to us, please contact Customer Services for help. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
