Returns & Warranty
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item or request a warranty claim, please fill out the form below. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return.
If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect within the warranty period, we will review your request for a replacement or refund. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
To submit a request, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos. Once we receive your request, our team will review it and respond within 2 business days.
