The Chubby Gorilla Aviator PopCap Tube 116mm is the longer of the two pop-top tubes in the Aviator line, supplied by Simply Green in cases of 500. It uses the same lined pop-top closure as the 98 mm, on a longer body.
About the Aviator PopCap Tube 116mm
The PopCap is a pop-top rather than a screw closure. It opens in one motion, which is faster on a filling line and faster for the end customer. The lid stays attached to the tube on a hinge, so there is no loose cap to lose, and the sealing ring moulded inside it closes against the rim when the lid is pressed shut.
That ring is the whole closure system here. This format has no child-resistant mechanism and no tamper-evident band.

Best for
Pre-rolls, at volume, where the contents need more length than the 98 mm version gives. It runs 18 mm longer.
Sized for a pre-roll of up to about 110 mm. That length is our own estimate rather than a Chubby Gorilla figure, since a cone needs clearance to go in and come out, so check it against the cone you pack.
Where child resistance or tamper evidence is required, the Aviator CR tubes at 65 mm, 100 mm and 115 mm, and the Spiral CR Tube 95mm carry them.

This is not a child-resistant format. Where a market or a retailer requires child resistance, the Aviator and Spiral screw-top tubes carry it.

Available clear, black or white, single colour throughout: there is no two-tone option on this format, because there is no separate closure to contrast. The plain body takes print and labels well, and printing and label application are possible on this range.
