The Puffco Hot Knife V2 is a battery-powered loading tool with a glazed ceramic tip that heats at the push of a button. It is the second generation of Puffco’s heated loading tool, distributed in the EU by Simply Green.
About the Puffco Hot Knife V2
Puffco reshaped and glazed the ceramic tip of the Hot Knife V2 so that more of each load ends up in the chamber, and tuned the tip’s temperature to protect terpenes.
- Sturdier construction: Puffco cites better leverage when working concentrate out of the jar.
- Ergonomic body and updated button: press and hold the button to heat the tip.
- Secure cap fit with a lanyard loop: made for carrying the tool and loading away from home.
Finishes and Limited Editions
The Hot Knife V2 is listed in Onyx, Haze and Pine, and in two Puffco Limited Editions, Glacier and Plasma.
Glacier Limited Edition
The Heated Loading Tool V2 – Glacier is the Hot Knife V2 in the finish of Puffco’s Glacier edition, released in October 2026 with the Peak Pro 3DXL – Glacier.
Plasma Limited Edition
The Plasma Hot Knife V2 belongs to Puffco’s Plasma edition, alongside the Plasma Peak Pro 3DXL and its 3DXL Chamber.
