Cartridges and device packaging at Simply Green is child-resistant packaging for a filled 510-thread cartridge, which screws onto a holder moulded into the closure. The 510R cartridge case takes a cartridge up to 65 mm long and arrives 100 pieces per case.

What decides the fit

• Cartridge length, up to 65 mm. Measure from the tip of the mouthpiece to the base of the thread and compare before you commit a line to it.
• The threaded holder. A 510 thread sits inside the closure, so the cartridge screws down and rides upright. It cannot rattle against the wall of the pack on the way to a store, which is the failure a plain tube leaves open.
• The closure. Push and turn together to open, with a tamper-evident band that stays on the neck once it breaks. This format is the one most often required to carry both features at once.
• Artwork. The panel is 50 x 60 mm and stands taller than it is wide, so a label drawn for a container body has to be redrawn rather than resized.
• Finish. Clear body with a black top, or all black. A clear body leaves the cartridge and its fill level visible without opening the pack.
